Hosted Buyers Program
Hosted buyer program is a mandatory business program that facilitates VIP buyers meet their targeted suppliers on a potential business meeting.
Megabuild Indonesia will hosting qualified buyers from outside Jakarta by covering their accommodation expenses, allowing them to attend the event at no cost.
Qualification for hosted buyer:
- Responsible for researching, organizing, influencing or making budgetary decisions.
- Controls purchasing power authority.
- Must participate in the Hosted Buyer Program all days of the expo.
- Must apply and follow the application process. The organizer will select and have rights to approve or not approve the hosted buyer application.
How to join the hosted buyers program:
- Get Your FREE Visitor Ticket – Register here.
- Access BizMatch Login – Click the link in your ticket confirmation email.
- Log In & Browse exhibitors – Explore the list of participating exhibitors.
- Schedule Meetings – Arrange at least 5 meetings in one day with exhibitors.
- Get Approval – Wait for exhibitors to approve your meeting requests. Once you have five approved meetings, you can submit your Hosted Buyer application.
- Application Review – Our team will assess your application. If you qualify, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your participation and arrange your exclusive benefits, including networking opportunities and event access.
