Moreover, KARANG PILANG uPVC Doors & Architrave Frames Fenestration system is equipped with the newest Green manufacturing technology, by using non-heavy metal unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride. This provides energy-efficient manufacturing (<250 degrees Celsius) compared to other metal-based fenestration products which require very high energy to produce & recycle (>2,000 degrees Celsius). All KARANG PILANG uPVC doors & window frames products have also been subjected to Flame Retardant tests resulting in V-0 classification by UL-94 international standards. Furthermore, all our products are fabricated for long-term utilization (guaranteed min. 10 years) since it is reinforced with high-tensile Galvanized/Zinc Aluminum coated steel which ensures strength and structural rigidity for decades to come"
